what happens when I stop paying?
your files stay put, with tags, covers and names written into them. the librarian keeps working. only the hosted shelf stops, and it comes back when you sign in again.
what if deepkut disappears?
your library doesn't. it lives on your own hardware as ordinary files, playable by anything. the agent keeps running on your own box without us.
can I get a refund or cancel?
yes. a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked. cancel from your account and plus ends with the period you paid for. we'll write before a recurring price changes.
